We ensure that upon delivery, all our items accurately reflect the description and any client input in the case of custom orders.
However, if you don’t like our services and it’s does not reflect what was shown in the item preview or requested by you in the case of custom orders; or you find any file or are unable to edit your file(s), you have 30 days to request a full refund on all service items. You may also request a refund within 30 days if you purchased something by accident.
Refunds are not available on items that:
- Conform to the product description;
- Conform to the client’s instructions in the case of custom work;
- Are unique creations based on the client’s instructions; or
- Are requested more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds are given based on the policies of the payment method you chose to use.
